The 2026 FIFA WORLD CUP collectible coins were produced in partnership with the German numismatic company MDM Münzhandelsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG Deutsche Münze (MDM), which holds the official FIFA license to issue collectible coins dedicated to the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This will be the 23rd World Cup and, for the first time, will be held simultaneously in three countries, with the number of participants in the final tournament increased to 48 national teams. The coin's reverse features the flags of Canada, the United States, and Mexico, the host countries, at the top. The center features a globe with the continents and the inscription "FIFA WORLD CUP 26 TM." The bottom depicts the FIFA World Cup, flanked by silhouettes of football players against a background of a soccer ball.
