Gold bars and other valuables buying rules

2. The website contains the purchase prices is indicative only, while the final price is fixed just before buying.

3. Buying is done in Vilnius or Klaipeda stores through the purchase contract. 
The customer must provide his personal  identity card.

4. Gold bars have to be in perfect condition and presented on the original manufacturer's packaging. In this case, the money may be paid on the same day.
5. Settlement takes place by transferring money into the clients account or in cash (if possible).

6. In case of any suspicion of product quality, authenticity or counterfeiting - the agreement is made with the customer for additional procedures:

 Is issued a pickups act to a client indicating: bar manufacturer, weight, fineness, the number of the certificate, the amount, identity document identifying data.
             We also make a copy of identity document.
 Gold product is verifying in Lithuanian Assay Office. The customer pays the cost of checking.
The money is paid to the customer within 3 working days after the Lithuanian Assay Office approval is received.

• If the purchased product is scratched, bent, damaged packaging manufacturer or other flaws - the purchase price may be different than stated on the website .
• Also, the company may refuse to buy the product, without commenting reasons.
